Youth, what is youth??
Youth is what who have fresh and better ideas, who have dreams full of energy, capability to turn the dreams into reality, to turn the situations into their favour, having a new way of thinking. So we can say that we have so much potential to grow up, to go ahead in the direction to become a developed nation, to become no.1.
Youth is the perfect combination of mind and energy.
Our country, INDIA, now days having maximum population in their young age, so as possibilities are.
Let’s take an example:
Youth is like seed. We have seeds which can be converted into a long live huge tree but the question is how???
Waster and sunshine are the most important things to develop a seed and to become a huge tree.
&
What if that seed can’t get enough water and sunshine & proper care??? It will be a waste of resources.
As same as, our youth is like an opportunity to make our nation more powerful. If they can have the proper atmosphere in the nation, their energy can be diverted into right direction, otherwise it’s a waste.
To develop a nation, we must motivate them through better opportunities, availability of sourced and information.
Where is youth?
Youth, where we can have them?
Schools, colleges, entrepreneurs and so on…
From where the journey should be started?
Schools, a necessary place where all kids should have. [Thanks to ‘SARV SIKSHA ABHIYAAN’ and ‘RTE’, Indian kids have schools to at least educate them.]
Once a youth have proper start up guidelines and some help, they will surely draw their own path and will go on and on. They will achieve, they will be succeeded.
Schools are not only to study them but also to nurture their other skills like sports, music, arts & crafts, painting, writing, acting. A nation doesn’t need only professionals nor it’s enough. A tree must be developed in all directions and all of its branches should be developed, not just one branch.
A nation must have sports persons, actors, scientists, artist, writers and poets to grow up in all manners.
A reason to develop all the skills from school is “koi maa k pet se sikh k nahi aata”, it’s like “practice makes man perfect”.
(One can’t imagine a better future without creating a better today.)
Next step:
After school life, it will be easier to find out the subject of interest for someone. The proper guideline in further life is needed as outer world experience is zero.
Colleges should have that all facilities which were in schools because a nation doesn’t want only professionals, but also needs soft skills, sport skills, actors, writers, musicians, army men, scientists & so on. (as tree can’t grow in single direction, but in all directions.)
This will nurture youth in productive way and make them motivated as their base will be poured with advanced facilities. (Same as seeds are poured with water and sunshine)
The youth must get platforms like these and the progress of youth lives in it.
Motivation is not only the powerful words, but also the powerful and intelligent acts in all directions.
